Our cheeses are crafted by master cheesemakers in the Allgäu, a picturesque alpine region in southern Bavaria known for its rich tradition of dairy farming and cheese making. Nestled among soaring peaks, steep slopes, and pristine lakes and forests, the Allgäu offers clean mountain air and crystal-clear water—ideal conditions for exceptional dairy. We source our milk from farms where cows graze freely on lush grass and alpine wildflowers all summer long. This natural way of life is reflected in the taste of our cheeses:
